Since 2004, our firm has handled refinance and purchase closings in metropolitan Atlanta and beyond. While we are happy to accommodate closings in our office, most of our clients prefer that we bring the closing to them. We have access to office locations throughout the state, and we typically close at the lender’s office, the real estate agent’s office, or the property address- wherever is most convenient for all parties involved.


From the title order to the closing table, our goal is to facilitate a smooth and efficient transaction.
